Today is one of those days. Alex left early this am for a three day work trip, putting me in charge of holding down the fort with the baby and the dog, and since he slipped out the door, nothing has gone right. Sauce has decided to be a pain in the rear (which really shouldn’t come as a surprise), Leo decided to be extra tired but fight his morning nap, my insurance company decided to give me the run around for the one billionth time, and all the golf courses in Boston decided to have tournaments this weekend after I had decided I’d have no problem booking early tee times for Alex and seven of his friends on a summer Saturday-ha. I’m an idiot. I’m on my third cup of coffee and it’s barely even 9:00. Ohhhhhh, life. Please turn around today!
If nothing can go right in my reality this morning, I’m just going to throw this blog on back to a day when everything was perfect. Mike and Courtney’s Newport wedding took place on Memorial Day and I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to share it with you. The weather was gorgeous, the couple was so sweet, and being able to shoot again with Molly Anne Photography made me so happy. I got to hang out with the most chivalrous group of groomsmen I’ve ever met and had a blast getting to know Mike and his family and friends.
I’m going to just going to leave here with Mike getting ready to marry the love of his life.

Now that I have a son, I can’t even look at the mother-of-the-groom and her baby without getting all teary eyed, and Mike and his mom were just so cute together.

Soooo I had never heard of Dells before this wedding, but it is DELICIOUS! Rhode Island people really know how to do a lemonade!

Mike and Courtney–you guys are so adorable. Being able to share in your wedding day meant the world!

And Molly–You’re the best! XO
