Also known as The Photoshoot That Almost Never Was.

Poor little Evie…she turned one back in January and was supposed to have her birthday session at Christmas time.  But she woke up that morning too sick to pretend to be happy and had to rush to the doctors.  So we rescheduled for my next trip home, which was this past week, and the poor thing wakes up with an ear infection and has to go to the doctor AGAIN!  Poor girl must have been allergic to my camera.  Luckily, I was home for a good long stretch of time and a few days later, after some meds and lots of snuggles from her mama, little Evie was ready for her photo debut, and the girl nailed it.  I had so much fun going over to her new house and spending the morning with her, her big brother Finn, best friend/pup, Kylie.

Erin, the mama of these two adorable little babies, has been a friend of mine for as long as I can remember.  And I’ve never seen her more in her element then spending time with her little ones.  She is such a good mom and it is clear that both Finn and Evie adore her.

All hail, Princess Evelyn.

I had no fun with Finn.  None at all.

We didn’t think Finn’s dad Wes (AKA Smartest Man Alive) would like the pic of his big boy with those hair bows, so we made sure to get some pictures of him catching some fish instead.

I have never seen a little girl love a dog more than Evie loves Kylie.

See!  How beautiful is Erin with her baby girl?  Love these two.

And speaking of love…Momo came over.  Never has the world seen a stronger one than her!  XO
