Hello darlings…
My favorite season is coming to an end (I am absolutely not referring to winter. Winter can peace the heck outta here. Thank you, bye!) I am referring to British Accent Season. Yes…for a few short months out of the year, my favorite shows, Downtown Abby and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills coincide, and between the cast of DA and Lisa Vanderpump, I am inspired to brush up on my British accent, which is horribly amazing if I do say so myself. Just ask Alex, who cringes every time I offer him a spot of tea (which is really coffee) and add “darlings” to the end of every entrance and exit I make. Sadly, both shows came to a close and I’ll forget how wonderful it is to eat crumpets (which are really bagels) and answer the phone in a ear piercing “‘ello Govnah”. Until next year!
Speaking of darlings…I have a wonderful bridal shower shoot to share with you. When the girls of Darling Creative Company contacted me describing the Downton Abby shower they were creating for a bride who loves the show, I instantly jumped on the chance to photograph it. Kristin and Julie thought of every detail to dress up this already gorgeous venue and make you feel like you were Lady Mary eating an elegant dinner Mrs. Patmore whipped up and Carson served.
We all met up on a rainy Sunday afternoon at the Hampshire House in Beacon Hill. The weather made us all feel as though we were in London, but florals by Sweet Annie Florals warmed the room in every way.

Darlings, you created a fabulous shower, full of warmth, love, and lots of Downton! Thanks for letting me participate!
