I have started and erased this post about five times.  I have a bunch of things I want to write about, but somehow, they all end in me whining about being alone this week and how tired I am and how I cannot wait for Alex to get home…and I’m trying really hard not to just use this as a platform as a cry for help…so I’m just going to plunge right into pictures, ok? Maybe next week I’ll be back to telling you mindless thoughts I’ve had about the weather and reality television updates.  But for now, my lips are just going to remain zipped.

Meet Baby Aurora.  The scrunchiest, best dressed little sweet heart in the South End.  She was so sweet and such a doll–like her parents.  We immediately connected when Andrew said he was from Lynnfield–where my husband is from.  However, he’s about 100 years younger than me so finding someone we knew in common took about ten minutes (I had to dive real deep into the depth of names of the youngest people I know to find someone who had a younger sibling that Andrew recognized–grab me a walker and some dentures, please!)

I’m sharing a picture of their door because I’m absolutely obsessed with it.  I’m hoping baby Aurora noticed how cool it was when they brought her home a few weeks before this shoot!

Don’t you love how unphased Kira seems by motherhood?  Aurora is just a pretty little accessory on her arm.
