I swear I’m not going to complain about how cold it is here (2 degrees) because I know my NY friends are buried under feet of snow right now. I won’t complain about how it’s so cold my car won’t start and I’m house bound with kids who haven’t left in 48 hours and how Instacart’s first delivery isn’t until tomorrow morning. Nope. 4 hours until bedtime, 3 hours til Alex is home, no good food to make and no complaints from me. Not a one!
Today, I am thankful for extra long naps by Nico who gave me a few extra minutes to get these pretty photos up of Alex and Craig. The day we took these photos it was about 20 degrees but I swear it felt so much colder, and yet, neither one of them flinched in the cold. They just rocked the photos, cracked some jokes, and posed so easily in front of the camera. They look flawless on a day that was bone chilling—though it probably felt balmy compared to today!
I met Alex and Craig at Jenna and Trey’s wedding this past summer. It makes total sense that they are such close friends because the boys are both hysterical and the girls are so sweet and can give it right back to those boys. I found myself laughing through our entire session and I know that their wedding this summer is going to be just as fun. I am counting down until July when the sun is warm and these two are getting hitched.
We started at the Boat Houses (of course) and then did a little tour through Canandaigua en route of Simply Crepes and Sonnenberg.
My beautiful girl.
I told you we laughed.
Love you guys soooo much!
