True of False: I’m watching last night’s Game of Thrones AGAIN this morning as I write this post?  Was it just me or was your screen so dark you could barely see?  I thought it was maybe just the image on our tv so I’m trying to rewatch on my phone because it tends to be lighter, but it’s still the same.  I’m trying to track who is dead and who is still alive but even when I hold the phone an inch from my face I can’t make it out. Was this intended to be dark since it’s happening at night or do I need glasses?  (Please say it was some sort of artistic decision and not that I’m just old!)

My 2019 wedding season is shaping up to be KILLER.  I’ve got two elopements this month and you know there is nothing I love more than a teeny tiny wedding because it reminds me of my own.  Rachel and Bill’s wedding had so many similarities to our Boston wedding. Both were on Friday afternoons before a 3 day weekend and had the most ridiculous traffic, both couples were incredibly fun (wink) with a super laid back vibe, and Rachel wore her hair the exact same way as I did.  We met at the court house, strolled around Boston to places that had meaning to Rachel and Bill, got threatened with a law suit for taking photos on Acorn Street (I guess that’s a thing now?), had some celebratory drinks at the Oak Bar and ended with a post-wedding party for their closest friends at Sonsie. I practically forgot that I was working because it was just so fun and I want Rachel and Bill to be my friends now.  I’m not too old and lame for you guys, am I?

I just want to give a shout out to Boston’s JOP’s at the Court House. They all do such great jobs with marrying couples and are so nice to let photographers climb all over their furniture in the process.

I kinda think everyone in the world should take a  moment like this on their wedding day.  Drinks and best friends.
