Iiiii love this session. Times one million. This weather, the freezing cold, negative wind chill, has been making it tough to take outdoor photos. If I’ve got an engagement session, sometimes the couples will be brave enough to risk hypothermia for a shot, but when you’ve got small kiddos, you just can’t force it. I had met Lauren late last year and we talked about doing some photos of her little family early this year, not thinking that we’d have negative temperatures working against us. Luckily, Lauren was up for my suggestion of photographing at Tatte, Boston’s cutest little bakery chain, early on a Sunday morning and I absolutely love what we got. THANK YOU to Tatte for being so easy going and let us basically turn their shop into my studio!

OK, on to the photos…and huge props to Turner who is literally the best baby I think I’ve ever seen! Let’s hope Lauren and Brandon’s second is just the same!
