The world needs love, especially today, because what happened today just sucks.  It’s horrifying and terrible and sad.  And it makes me appreciate the fact that my job, my purpose, in life is to surround myself with happiness and capture it to share with the world.

Peter and Mencia were married last weekend at Commonwealth Cambridge, my favorite restaurant in town.  It’s got character and charm and the food is so scrumptious.  Weather wise, their breezy 75 degree Saturday could not have been any better-it was nestled between a torrential downpour on Friday and a sweltering humid Sunday, which was perfect for their ceremony which took place on the sky deck at Commonwealth (wait til you see the view!).  Cliche as it sounds, Peter and Mencia could not be a better match.  They compliment one another so incredibly well and they take care of one another.  Isn’t that what everyone wants in life?  Someone you love and love to take care of?  It was a heartwarming day made even sweeter as I watched their daughters blend into one so happily.
