Hello!
I would love to spend the next 100 hours blogging about my love for new baby Mason here, but mama’s got 1,000,000 things to do including returning all the clothes and shoes I’ve been ordering through targeted Facebook ads. Do those get anyone else? I swear my phone/computer can hear me. I’ll be talking to someone about something I want and then BAM! The product is on my Facebook account. And since it’s right there, I am obligated to purchase it. Thank GOD shipping takes a few days because my impuslivity is usually gone and I realize I don’t need 50 similar long flowered maxi dresses (lulus.com you are killlllling me) and I have enough sense to return. However, I don’t always have enough TIME to return. So I promised myself I’d lose at least one stack of returns today.

And since my trip to the post office will suck up at least 3 hours of my life, I’m getting this one up here quick. Meet my new little friend, Mason. We have been waiting for him. He is brand new brother of Miss Everly and the newest member of our Maine crew and I cannot wait to get him up to the lake with the whole gang in August. I met him just days after he was born and loved seeing how he fit so well into his new family. Little Evie, 19 months, is a great big sis and, remembering back how it was when I had two kids 19 months apart, Christina and Ryan are doing a phenomenal job juggling them both. (I only was able to wrangle Leo into ONE single picture when he was E’s age and Nico was a newborn. One. Little Everly on the other hand was the perfect little model. MUAH to you, baby girl!)

Christina transformed Everly’s little girl nursery into the most adorable woodsy room for her little man. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this girl NEEDS to have her own HGTV show. Maybe you can start that up during your maternity leave, Christina. You don’t have anything else going on do you?

I absolutely love the moody light in this room. Dark, dramatic, and so cozy for a newborn.
