Sooooo am I the last person on earth who hasn’t been to an AMC movie theater?  I’m not a big movie go-er to begin with, and the last movie I saw was over Christmas this past year at Canandaigua Movietime Cinema which hasn’t really changed much since I worked there in high school (minus some really new flashy carpeting that I must say, I’m really impressed with).  But prior to that, I honestly don’t think I’ve gone to a movie in years.  Years.  But a few weeks ago, I saw Girl on the Train and was flooooooored by the experience.  Do you know you can pick your seats ahead of time now?  Like an airplane?  And the seats are big, huge, reclining, La-Z-Boys?  And you can get a big old drink and take it in instead of sneaking in your purse…not that I would ever do that.   It was seriously a tired mama’s dream come true and I swear all my nights out will be spent at a movie theater.  I realize if you are an avid movie junkie, or even someone who has the slightest bit of a life and have been to the movies recently, I probably sound like an alien coming to the planet earth for the first time, but I seriously just as excited to be at this new movie theater of the future as I was when we went to Disney World last year.

So what does this have to do with the next couple I’m about to introduce you to?  Not a whole lot besides my girl, Jen, is going to be famous (yes, FAMOUS) and I get to be the one to say “I photographed her way back when”.  It’s not everyday a bride tells me she has to jet out of the shoot early to make it to a pilot of a new show she’s in.  So we did the quickest engagement shoot in the entire world but got some adorable pictures out of it.  And I even managed to let my complete crazy come out with these two in the short amount of time we were together where I stopped and gabbed for 15 minutes about my irrational worry about the shape of my child’s head, and these two just let me rant!  They are the best.  Couples that ignore my crazy make me happy.  It also makes me happy when a groom has some posing ideas, like Matt here.  I loved that about him–and I’m pretty certain he has a Pinterest alias and a secret board full of engagement pins hidden somewhere, am I right?

Ohhhhhh I just adore this one.
