Christina & Eric on Ice | Frog Pond Engagement Session

This 70 degree weather seems like the perfect day to share an ice skating engagement session, am I right? THIS WEATHER!!! It’s bizarre and strange for February and is going to make the rest of the winter feel like eternity, but I plan to soak in every unseasonable second of this sunshine. And I’m pretty sure the rest of the North East is with me!

Not long ago, there was snow on the ground, and it was the perfect chance to take some ice staking photos at the Frog Pond downtown. Christina had suggested the location mentioning that her and Eric were skaters, but it wasn’t until I showed up that I fully processed the fact they were actual legit professional (compared to me) skaters. When Christina casually mentioned she wasn’t warmed up enough to do any jumps I did a total “say-what?” stutter. They played it cool on the ice, not to show off to the commoners who were watching in awe.

These two are an adorable couple and I am so excited for their great big gigantic wedding this year. If only it were in the winter so they could skate down the aisle.

These two are in love, but I feel like it beams from them when they are on the ice.
